Lacey Wilkins joined the team as State Director in March of 2025. Lacey brings a strong background of nonprofit leadership, fundraising, board development, and healthcare management. She answered the call to ministry at age 12 and has actively served the Lord in her local church through women’s ministry, youth ministry, and various missions activities. Lacey has utilized various roles in nursing and management to share God’s love and further His kingdom. She is honored to serve an amazing staff and desires to help strategically, and more importantly, prayerfully grow ministry efforts across the state…until every child hears!

Lacey is married to David, and they have two children, Abigail and AJ. David is enrolled in a seminary program, pursuing a full-time ministry. Abigail recently graduated from HomeLife Academy with Honors. AJ has served for two summers as a Junior Apprentice with CYIA and already acknowledges the call to ministry. They love to serve as a family, and they are excited to see how this new chapter unfolds.
