Laurie Hancock joined the team in July 2025 as Assistant to the Tennessee State Director. She brings strong organizational and administrative skills, along with many years of customer service experience that support effective and efficient ministry operations. Since 2018, Laurie has served in various areas of ministry, faithfully using her gifts to support God’s work and encourage those around her.

Faith and family are the cornerstones of Laurie’s life. She has been married to her husband, Richard, for 28 years, and together they have two children, Jayla and Jordan. Laurie and Richard intentionally prioritized raising their children to love and trust in the Lord. Her life verse, Proverbs 22:6, reflects both her heart and calling: “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” Laurie views her role as Assistant to the TN State Director as a confirmation to continue faithfully walking out this calling as she supports ministry efforts across the state.
